Will Sawin

I am a Clay Fellow and an assistant professor at Columbia University. My research relates to the applications of etale cohomology to analytic number theory via exponential sums, the slice rank method in combinatorics, equidistribution questions in algebraic number theory, and other areas.

I co-organize the Columbia algebraic geometry seminar and Michigan – Arithmetic Geometry Initiative – Columbia.
